Our Worship & Services - What to Expect
Christ Church is an Anglo-Catholic (Christian) Church of England Parish Church. Bells are rung at significant points during the service, incense is used at the beginning middle and end of the service and the priests wear traditional vestments.

Timings

  • Weekday & Saturday Masses - 30 minutes

  • Sunday 8am Mass - 30 minutes  

  • Sunday Sung Parish 10:30am Mass - 1hour 15 minutes

  • Special & Occasional Sung Masses - 1 hour

The Sunday 10:30am Parish Mass Homily - Sermon - About 10 minutes.

Accessibility

  • St Leonards Warrior Square mainline railway station a direct 5 minute walk through Kings Road.

  • `Christchurch` bus stop outside the church courtyard on London Road with a frequent bus service around St Leonards and Hastings. 

  • Free parking along the roads near the church. Silchester Road parking  immediately outside the church is restricted to two hours weekdays unlimited on Sundays. For disabled parking please contact the parish office about use of the disabled bay in our courtyard Contact Us

The church is wheelchair accessible

The entrance porch is ramped down to the level of the church. With double doors, from the street to the porch and from the porch to the main body of the church.
